Can I customize the colors on your products?
Absolutely! We love adding a personal touch to our products. Please fill out the submission form on Contact page to enquire.
How long does it take to receive my order?
All our products are made to order, and production time varies depending on the item. Our current production time is approximately 5-7 business days for emboridered products and paper products, and approximately 3 weeks for cups, koozies, and napkins. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped to you using USPS Ground Advantage. Need your items ASAP? Contact us prior to ordering to ensure rush production can be accomodated.
What is your return policy?
Due to the personalization of our products, we do not accept returns. If you have an issue with your order please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once your order has entered production, we may not be able to make any changes.
How do I care for my embroidered products?
To keep your embroidered items looking their best, we recommend washing on delicate cycle with a mild detergent and lay them flat to dry. Iron on the reverse side using a low heat setting if needed. With proper care, your items will continue to impress your guests for years to come!
